1,  Sponsorship and Donor Information:   For all Fire/JFC teams soliciting donations or sponsorships from individuals or businesses, a form of receipt is available for download below which may be given to these donors for their tax record keeping purposes.  This form has been approved by the Division I Committee of the Fire, and is the only such form to be used by teams for this purpose.  NO OTHER FORMS OF RECEIPT FOR DONATIONS OR SPONSORSHIPS  SHOULD BE USED.
